1 - Accuracy of content

We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular, to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the merchandise or its price as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed including VAT. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the price of the products that appear on the website. We are not responsible for the content of any off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from this website. Links appearing on this website are for your convenience only and are not an endorsement by us of the content, products, services or suppliers connected therewith. All images on this site are purely for graphical representation only. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information, we accept no responsibility for inaccurate images.

2 - Placing an order

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the website www.onice.co.uk, and click on any of the booking links and select and buy an ice skating session of your choice and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please note that a credit or debit card is required at this stage.

3 - Acceptance of your order, ordering errors

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgment, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. If any time the session is out of stock, the website will not let you order this item. The acceptance of your order will take place upon payment for the time session ordered. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at info@bluemartinigroup.com quoting your order number. We reserve the right not to accept your order if we have identified a pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment. Please remember that once we accept your submitted order for the ice skating time session on this website, there will be a legally binding contract. You are able to correct errors on your order by clicking “empty cart” up to the point at which click on “checkout” on the final page of our ordering process.

4 - Payment

The price of our products is as shown on our website. The total price, all inclusive, will be shown at the ‘checkout’ prior to submitting your final order. If, by mistake, we have under-priced a product, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order. All our prices are in € Euro. We accept all major credit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched.

5 - Availability

All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the time sessions are available or as otherwise stated on our website. We do not hold back orders for unavailable time sessions and we will inform you as soon as possible if the time sessions you have ordered are not available. All offers and promotions are available while stocks last. If on receipt of your order, the time sessions you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or credit any sum paid by you. There will be some times when your access to the www.onice.co.uk website is restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or improvements. 6 - Return Policy

We stand over everything we sell in terms of times and availability of ice skating sessions and the security of your order. Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the event team for a variety of reasons. Contact info@bluemartinigroup.com Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular ice skating session times, if an event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered ice skating session times at any rescheduled time (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled time or the ice skating session times are not rescheduled, a refund is given. Refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original ice skating session times will be given up to their face value plus the relevant per-ticket booking fee. If the event is moved or rescheduled, we may set refund limitations. In order to claim your refund on a canceled or rescheduled event, please apply in writing to info@bluemartinigroup.com. You must enclose your unused tickets. We regret that, unless the paragraph above applies, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. For further information and assistance please contact info@bluemartinigroup.com. No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your ticket unless the product is known to be defective and you are returning. e is restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or improvements. 7 - Third-Party Tickets

Please check the expiry date and other conditions on third-party tickets, as issued by Living Social and others, before traveling to the rink as we cannot offer refunds. Vouchers, promotional and third-party tickets are subject to availability on the day and sessions may not be reserved in advance with them unless otherwise agreed.

8 - General

The website www.onice.co.uk may withdraw any part of the website or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and we encourage you to review them as often as possible. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made you can join the session but you will not be given additional ice time and admission cannot always be guaranteed. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any terms and conditions of the event. The venue may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

9 - Complaints

We aim to deal with any complaints in a fair, confidential, swift and effective way. They should be directed via the email info@bluemartinigroup.com. Please include full contact details in addition to your e-mail address together with an order number where appropriate. We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen. We reserve the right to cancel bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently. It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified. Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.
